DEAD BLOCK TAKE UPS
These individual drive take ups can be used for galvanized, plastic coated or bright high or low carbon steel wire.
They can be supplied with individual or common drive motorized bases for pattern lay, or stationary bases for regular lay.
The duble blocks and pressure rolls are hard coated for long life.
Two plane straightener are included for cast and helix control.
All motors can be supplied A.C. or D.C. speed control.
Accumulation can be manual or automatic.
LIVE BLOCK TAKE UPS
Individually driven live blocks are used for low or high carbon, bright or galvanized steel wire, to produce a torsion free package.
The double blocks and pressure rolls are hard coated for long life.
The acumulation arms are used to rotate the free tuming bases for regular lay, or syncronized driven base for pattern lay.
All motors can be supplied with either A.C. or D.C. controls.
HIGH SPEED SPOOLER
Used as take ups for galvanizing lines, these spoolers have two motors, one for a constant line pull and the other to drive the spooler giving constant torsion control.
